a loss of the lost
he was my schoolbus-mate during my first year in the Ateneo de Manila Grade School.
he was known to be an excellent honor student back then.
he stopped school for a year due to a sickness that i didn't know of back then.
i repeated my first year in high school so he was a batchmate in highschool.
i noticed that he had very little hair. it must be some sort of serious disease.
he still was an excellent student.
he was an all around good guy. nothing wrong could be said about him.
he seemed to be better coz his hair grew back.
he stopped school again on his second year in college.
a couple of weeks ago, i met my high school teacher in UP in a conference and she said that his cancer recurred. so, it was cancer.
a couple of hours ago, a high school classmate told me the bad news. Nikki Castro lost the fight against cancer.
